Privacy Policy Details
Data collection
Blender Viewer does not collect personal data. The app does not include analytics, advertising, behavioral tracking, account registration or third-party tracking SDKs. Reimagine Fx does not sell or share personal data.
Blender scene and local network data
Local Network access is used to connect the app directly to the Blender Viewer add-on running in a Blender session you control. Supported scene geometry, materials, textures, lights, cameras, selections, transforms and statistics travel between that Blender session and your device so the app can display and interact with the scene. Reimagine Fx does not receive, store or process this scene data.
Camera access
Camera access is requested only when you choose to scan a Blender Viewer connection QR code or use AR mode. Camera imagery is processed by Apple’s on-device frameworks for those features and is not sent to Reimagine Fx.
Information stored on your device
The app may store recent connection details such as server name or IP address and port, along with viewer preferences and onboarding status, in local app storage for convenience. You can clear recent connections in the app. Removing the app removes its local app data according to iOS behavior.
Sharing
When you choose to share a viewport or AR capture, the app uses the standard iOS share sheet. The item goes only to the destination you select. Reimagine Fx does not receive a copy.
Data retention and deletion
Because Reimagine Fx does not collect or receive app data, it has no server-side personal or scene data to retain or delete. App preferences and recent connection details remain only on your device until you clear them or remove the app.
Privacy choices and permissions
You can deny or revoke Camera and Local Network access at any time in iOS Settings. Features that require a revoked permission will stop working, while the rest of the app remains available. You can clear recent connections inside Blender Viewer and remove all locally stored app data by deleting the app.
Children’s privacy
Blender Viewer does not knowingly collect information from children or from any other user.
Changes to this policy
If the app’s data practices change, this policy will be updated before those changes take effect and the “Last updated” date above will be revised.
